I believe that choosing a celebrant who you have a rapport with is essential. That is why I always arrange an obligation free meeting  to ensure that I am the right fit for the ceremony people have in mind.

Here is a little more about me, until we can arrange a meeting in person.

Throughout my life, I have been interested in how to support others, both through difficulty and also through happiness. My priority when I work with other people is to remember what matters to them and in doing so, what matters is reflected in the ceremony we create together. Most importantly, I believe that making a commitment to another human being matters.

I have worked in a variety of people and speaking-focused roles; a flight attendant, lecturer, tutor, actress, director, in museums and as a group therapist. My skills allow me to enjoy and confidently lead ceremonies. I am aware that ceremonies may not always go to plan. My skills of rolling with resistence, thinking of my feet and being able to adapt to many situations and people is an asset. I have the awareness to read crowds and use my intuition and performance skills to be a dynamic presenter.

I would love the opportunity to support you to make a  commitment to each other in marriage or civil union. I am confident working with families and loved ones to create a funeral ceremony which reflects your loved ones wishes. I have the skills to  design and run a ceremony which reflects what matters to you and the people you love.

I am very proud to be from the rural Waikato and now reside in Auckland with my husband. My relationships with my family and friends are very important to me and making connections with them is something I find any excuse to do.

I enjoy the breeze on a windy day, getting stuck into my garden with a new variety of seeds and curling up in a warm spot with an interesting read. Travelling with some wonderful company is also one of the joys of my life.
